We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund — no hassle.

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

 

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

  • The item is returned outside of the 30-day window

  • It shows signs of use or damage not caused by us

  • It is returned without contacting us first
