How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:
Europe & UK: 7–15 business days
USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia: 7–15 business days

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (UK Time, GMT+1)


Handling Time :
1 – 3 business days
On weekdays are processed within 1 – 3 business day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


Transit Time :

7 – 15 business days
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If your item is eligible and meets our refund criteria, we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Where can I find my tracking details?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes are only possible within the first 12 hours after placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What is your return policy? if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund—no hassle.
